Trivia Night

Signature Project in 2016 – Fundraiser for Lisa Harnum Foundation

To support our membership drive this year and increase more female members in our club we set about with a strategy to focus on a women’s cause to support. Thanks to our dedicated club and committee members we recently held a successful Trivia Night in June with proceeds going to the above foundation set up to protect women and children escaping domestic violence in our local Community. Close to 100 people attended at our local Sports Club with a raffle held, trivia prizes donated and attendees providing non-perishables for the women’s shelter. All in all we believe approximately $5000 in value was handed over to the Foundation. Thanks to our generous sponsors and attendees on the might for making this such a success during our President Gavin Ridley’s Presidency.
